Get a Taste of Japan in Anaheim
Japanese Food & Sake Festival @ Hyatt Regency Orange County
Los Angeles, CA – February 8, 2008 - Japanese Food and Culture Association are organizing a Japanese food and sake tasting event this March in the Hyatt Regency Orange County, in Anaheim, California. Building on the success of last year’s Sake Festival in L.A., we are teaming up with JETRO Los Angeles, the Japanese consulate and JNTO to bring all the flavors of Japan into one space. Not only will there be samples and representatives from food and sake manufacturers, we will also have major restaurants from the L.A. area offering special menus.
Presentation of Japanese Restaurant: KATSUYA, KITAYAMA, Sushi ROKU and Musha etc.

In addition to these treats, attendees will be able to sip green tea and other healthy beverages, and watch cooking demonstrations from world-renowned Japanese chefs. In this way we will showcase not only the beauty and flavor of Japanese food, but also the finely honed skills of its preparers.
