On March 13th, Japanese Food Culture Association will host the "Japanese Food & Sake Festival" with the support from The Japan External Trade Organization, Consulate-General of Japan in Los Angeles, and Japan National Tourist Organization. With over twenty sake companies passing out their premium sake or beer for tasting, and restaurants passing out their sample dishes, this is an experience that is worth way more than the ticket price. Tere will also be demonstrations by professional Japanese chefs from Katsu-Ya, Sushi Roku and Kitayama. Come and join this one of a kind event!
