Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries

MAFF booth will be presenting a PR display, food tasting, as well as demonstrations for you to experience hands-on!
At the PR display and tasting corner, 11 Japanese companies who plan on expanding exports in America will be offering Japanese unique foods and beverage such as green tea, miso, tofu, umeboshi (pickled Japanese apricot), nori, shochu (clear spirit), and beer. Not only will they introduce high-quality products for healthy Japanese cooking, they will also present various ways on how to prepare such products, as well as experiments with those products!
Furthermore, the demonstration booth will present sushi roll showings by the Chef of KATSU-YA cooking school, a lecture by sake sommelier Hiroshi Matsumoto, and many more fun opportunities.
